M’s Wedenesday Food Recipie challenge


Ok so after I have joined in a few challenges I have enjoyed it so much that I decided to try and create one myself ย ๐Ÿ™‚

I love food so I thought about a food recipie challenge!

The point is to interact with other blogers and share recipies! It can be any recipie, desert, mains whatever you would like to share ๐Ÿ™‚

These are the rules:

  3. Use your own pictures if you can

Here is my entry

Lemon chicken stir fry with asparagus !

serves 4

What you will need:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

Kosher salt, to taste

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon canola oil

1 bunch asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces

6 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Lemon zest

Salt & pepper

How to :

Cut asparagus in small pieces (like the ones in the photo more or less) and cook them in the oil in a frying pan for about 4 minutes over medium heat.Then add the garlic ,set aside.photos-47


Season the chicken with salt and pepper,increase the heat and cook the chicken until brown.Set aside.

Had soy sauce and chicken broth to the frying pan ,bring to boil for about 1 minute,had lemon juice,water,and corn starch and stir fry for about 1 minute.Return the chicken and asparagus to the pan,coat with sauce. Top with lemon zest.

Serve with white rice!

Is just delicious!
