This my friends is Amazing food on a plate! Prawn and chilli tagliatelle!
So delicious, easy and quick to make and very healthy!
What you will need : serves 1
- 75g tagliatelle
- 3 broccoli little trees
- 1/2 tbs coconut oil
- 3 spring onions finely sliced
- 1/2 tbs chilly flakes
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 240g of king prawns peeled
- salt and pepper to taste
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 mushrooms
How to make it:
Cook the tagliatelle in a large sause pan with boiling water for about 12 minutes or follow package instructions. About 2 minutes before the time is up add the broccoli and continue to cook.
While the pasta is cooking fry the sping onion on the coconut oil with the chilli flakes, mushrooms,tomatoes and garlic for about 1-2 minutes .
Mix in the praws and cook for about 2 minutes or until the prawns are deep pink.
Turn off the heat and mix in the pasta and broccoli, add salt and pepper and toss it all together . Squeeze in the lemon juice and you are good to go!
